Policies

Check - in time is 4pm or later. Check out is 11am. You must be 21 or older with a valid state or government issued ID to reserve a room. All guests in your party must be 21 or older with valid ID unless traveling with a parent or legal guardian. All guests age 21-24 not traveling with a parent or legal guardian are required to pay a refundable $100.00 cash security deposit per person at check-in.

All guests paying their balance in cash or with a pre-paid card at check in will be required to pay a refundable $100 cash deposit per room at check in. We ask that the credit card used to guarantee your room is present with the credit card holder at check-in. If the credit card holder will not be present we require them to fill out and send an authorization form to us prior to your arrival. Please call the hotel for more details.

Our property does not rent to local residents from April 1st to September 30th. Anyone residing in Horry, Georgetown, Williamsburg, and Marion counties are considered local. From October 1st to March 31st local residents are welcome to stay with a refundable cash security deposit of $100 per person due at check-in.

Deposit Policy:

All reservations require a one night advance deposit be paid at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited toward your total room cost. Your remaining balance including all taxes and fees will be collected upon check in. Group, monthly, and package deposit requirements will vary. Please call us for details.

Cancellation Policy:

We do understand that sometimes cancelling your reservation is unavoidable. All cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival date will forfeit their advance deposit. All cancellations made 8 days or more prior to your arrival date will receive a refund for any monies paid less a $15 fee per room cancelled. Group, monthly, and package reservation cancellation policies will vary. Please call us for details.

Monthly Reservation Policies:

A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking and held as a security deposit. If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 is assessed plus tax. If cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to arrival date, the entire $300 deposit is forfeited.

Pet Policy:

There is a nightly pet rate of $15 plus tax per pet, as well as a $50 plus tax cleaning fee per reservation. Important things to know: We have a two pet per room maximum, only cats and dogs are accepted, pet weight is not to exceed 100 lbs, and no aggressive breeds.

All guests traveling with pets will be booked on a first or second floor room. Pets will not be permitted on floor three or higher.
