Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 7 days of arrival you forfeit your advance deposit for any room reserved. If you cancel prior to the 7 days you will receive a refund less a $15.00 service charge per room cancelled. Group, monthly, and package reservation cancellation policies may be different. Please call for details.
Check-In Policy
All guest must be 21 to check-in unless traveling with a parent or legal guardian. At check-in we ask that all guest age 18 and over have a valid photo id with date of birth. There will be a $50 cash security deposit for ages 21-24 at time of check-in. Check-in time is after 4:00 pm. We ask that the credit card and card holder be present at check in. If the credit card holder will not be present at check in we will need them to fax us permission to use the credit card or all charges will be reversed and you will be charged the full amount at check-in. The credit card permission letter should have a copy of the cardholders id, the front and back of the credit card (we recommend that you also write the 16 digit account number and expiration date under the photocopy), the reservation number, name on the reservation, amount authorized to be charged, cardholder's contact phone number, and the cardholder's signature.
Pet Policy
There is a nightly pet rate of $15 plus tax per pet, $50 cleaning fee per reservation, 2 pet per room maximum, pet weight not to exceed 100 lbs, and no aggressive breeds.
All bookings are requests until you get confirmation from us. All rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16. All rates are based on Sunday thru Thursday and do not include weekends, special events, or holidays. All rates are subject to the addition of taxes and resort fees. WE REQUIRE 1 NIGHT PLUS TAX FOR ADVANCE DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE RESERVATION.
All specials are based on availability and are subject to change at anytime. Specials do not apply to student reservations unless specified. You must mention the special at the time of booking. Only 1 discount or special per reservation. Specials not valid on holidays, special events, or weekends unless stated otherwise.
Minimum Night Stay Requirements
The minimum night stay requirements for 2013 are:
Easter Weekend 3/28-3/31 . All rooms 2 nights
Mother.s Day Weekend 3/10-3/12 . All rooms 2 nights
Memorial Day Weekend 5/22-5/26 . All rooms 3 nights
July 4th Holiday 7/3-7/7 . Oceanfront 3 nights, All other rooms 2 nights
Labor Day Weekend 8/30-9/2 . Oceanfront 3 nights, All other rooms 2 nights

Any reservations not meeting these requirements will not be confirmed. Minimum night requirements are subject to change at any time.
Age Requirements
You must be 21 to rent a room. Please call for holiday and special event policies.
Guest who are local are required to pay a $50 cash security deposit. Please call for cities considered local.
